Hauliss
Mobile Apps

Overview
Hauliss brings structure and transparency to logistics by digitizing the entire truck booking process. From discovering available trucks to tracking deliveries and managing operations, every interaction is streamlined for speed, clarity, and efficiency. The platform eliminates traditional friction by allowing users to book and manage deliveries just like they would on Uber—but tailored for transporting goods. Customer App (User Experience) I designed the customer app to make logistics simple and accessible, even for first-time users. Users can: Browse available truck types and understand their specific use cases Search and confirm delivery availability within their location Book trucks instantly or schedule trips in advance Upload cargo details, weight, and images for accurate processing Get real-time price estimates before confirming bookings Choose preferred drivers or logistics companies Track deliveries live from pickup to destination Communicate with drivers via an in-app chat system Access multiple payment options for flexibility Driver App (Operational Experience) I designed the driver experience to be efficient, informative, and easy to manage on the go. Drivers can: View incoming delivery requests (instant and scheduled trips) Access full cargo details provided by customers See distance and route information before accepting a trip Accept or reject requests based on availability Track active deliveries and manage trip progress Access 24/7 customer support when needed Use a built-in wallet system to manage earnings and payouts

The Challenge
Pulse had grown rapidly, but its interface hadn’t kept pace. Users struggled with cluttered layouts, inconsistent components, and confusing navigation. The app’s visual identity lacked cohesion, and new users often felt overwhelmed during onboarding. Pulse needed a UI that could scale with its growth — clean, intuitive, and consistent.
Poor search visibility, making it hard for potential clients to find them.
Slow performance, leading to high bounce rates.
Outdated UI, failing to reflect the company’s innovation-driven approach.
Lack of clear calls to action, resulting in low lead generation.
The Solution
We began with a deep UX audit to uncover friction points and usability gaps. Then, we rebuilt the design system from the ground up — introducing a clean visual hierarchy, scalable UI components, and a simplified navigation flow. Our new design prioritized clarity, responsiveness, and accessibility while staying true to Pulse’s brand voice.
The outcome was a polished, user-centric interface that enhanced engagement, sped up task completion, and positioned Pulse as a modern productivity leader.
The Result
The redesign also cut navigation time in half, enabling users to accomplish tasks faster and more intuitively. Beyond the numbers, we built a scalable design system that empowers the Pulse team to maintain consistency and ship new features with confidence.
Client feedback
They truly understood our vision and helped us elevate our brand with a stunning website and seamless user experience.
